On February 13th, in Yawpale village, Kyaukse township, Mandalay Region, Yawpale village administrator and member of the USDP party age(53) who were returning from the meeting in support of the conscription Law in Myanmar were killed by 4 terrorists (PDF) who were follow by motorcycles and shot with 2 pistols and run away. The two civilians were dead on the spot.
