On the 77th anniversary of Union Day (February 12th), which is an office holiday, Sel Eain Tan Beach in Kanyingone Village, Kungyangone Township, Yangon Region was crowded with people from all over the region. “On the beach, the kids rented a rental horse and played around, and they had fun playing with the ball court in the water. This (Union Day) holiday was more crowded than Saturday and Sunday and it was more crowded with people who came to relax from morning to evening,” said a local from Kungyangkone, who opened a restaurant on the beach at Sel Eain Tan Beach.
Because it is the closest beach to Yangon, the number of people coming to relax from the surrounding areas of Yangon has increased, and more than 30 restaurant rooms have been opened on the beach.
Since the beginning of 2017, the beach of Sel Eain Tan Beach, which has become more and more popular, is very beautiful in the evening, and it looks like a painting. Visitors also take memorable photos with mermaids.
