Today Myanmar Rice Federation (MRF) announced an effort to export agricultural products as value-added products. first bran oil and edible oil production plant construction in Myanmar which will produce more than 6,000 tons of refined oil per year, has started in Nay Pyi Taw. The ceremony of Myanmar Rice Bran Oil Co., Ltd (MRBO), which was established under the guidance of the Myanmar Rice Federation, to start construction of the bran oil and edible oil production plant was held on February 7, 2024, at the MAPCO Rice Factory zone in Pyin Mana Village, Nay Pyi Taw.
