Lockman scored the only goal in the first half as Nigeria beat Angola to reach the Africa Cup of Nations semi-finals. The former England U-21 international scored the only winning goal from Moss Simon’s pass 4 minutes before the end of the first half.
Nigeria scored a second goal in the 75th minute with a header from Victor Osamahan but was denied by VAR. Nigeria will face the winner of the quarter-final between Cape Verde and South Africa in the semi-finals tonight.
