According to the Yangon Central Railway Station, the Yangon-Bagan-Yangon direct express train runs only once a week, and runs on Friday evenings to visit Bagan on Saturday and Sunday.
The Yangon-Bagan-Yangon direct train will take 19 hours and 45 minutes. It will depart from Yangon at 4:15 p.m. on Friday and arrive in Bagan at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and it will leave Bagan on Monday at 4:15 PM and arrive in Yangon at 12:00 PM on Tuesday.
The fares for the direct train are 7,200 kyats for economy class, 14,400 kyats for upper class and for the bed is 19,800 kyats.
