According to the Myanmar Tourism Entrepreneurs Association, domestic tourists are preparing to visit Bagan during the summer school holidays at the end of February and March.
“Recently, there have been more and more trips to Bagan. In the coming end of February and March, we know that in Bagan are getting a lot of bookings. There will be more tourists in Bagan in February and March,” U Naung Naung Han, chairman of the Myanmar Tourism Association, told MT News.
During the New Year of 2023, there were a lot of people who visited Bagan, Taunggyi and Kalaw, and the beach areas such as Chaung Thar ,Ngwe Saung were visited as usual.
Many domestic tourists are making many plans to travel to Europe, and Buddha Gaya at the end of January and February.
