American golfer Tiger Woods announced on January 8 that he was ending his relationship with sports company Nike, which he has been working with since 1996.
In 1996, at the age of 20, Tiger Wood was first appointed as Nike’s sports ambassador with a 5-year contract, which earned Tiger Wood about $40 million per year. At the time, Tiger Woods’ contract with Nike was the most valuable in sports history.
A sports company, Nike, also confirmed on their social network that they have ended their partnership with Tiger Woods and wrote to thank them for their time together.
