As the Ministry of Immigration and Population has enlisted more than 52 million people holding any cards of citizens, associate citizens, naturalized citizens and any IDs through e-ID biographic registration software, the people need to contact nearby township immigration offices for solving the problems of citizenship scrutiny cards and other IDs, additional CSCs, discrepancies in household registration form-66/6 (AHtaSa) and additional registration. Action will be taken against the overdue measures.
MOIP announced that those who lost CSC or have damaged CSC must report it to relevant township immigration offices, those who do not take CSC after turning 10 can apply for the cards at relevant immigration offices or despite having made the CSC for 10 years old, they have to change new cards in respective age-wise terms, if they face some different facts in CSC, they have to amend these wrong facts at relevant township immigration offices, no one is to hold more than one CSC, if so, they have to hand over these cards to relevant township immigration offices as quickly as possible, if they do not hand over the additional cards by 1 November 2022, the latest CSC will be approved, and the remaining ones will be inserted into the list of revocation, those who holds the national registration cards must change their cards to the CSC at the relevant township immigration office (as only chance for eligible persons), and if the persons suspect somebody of holding their CSC, they have to report it to relevant township immigration offices.
As regards the household registration form-66/6, those who lost or have damaged household registration form-66/6(AHtaSa) must report it to relevant township immigration offices for solving the problems, if facts and data at form 66/6(AHtaSa) are different from CSC, they have to amend them as quickly as possible, those holding more than one Form-66/6(AHtaSa) must report to relevant township immigration offices, whenever they have changes of data for Form-66/6 (AHtaSa) for moving in and out, giving birth of death, they have to amend new information, and MOLP will carry out for those who do not have any household registration form-66/6(AHtaSa) in any area for receiving scrutiny under the Pankhin project.
