The ceremony of entrusting PDF members, who completed trainings in the areas of some EAOs and returned to legal fold without committing any crime, to their respective parents has been holding at the Mingalar hall of Yangon government in Yangon region.
On 8 January, six male PDF members and two female PDF members , who returned to legal fold without committing any crime were entrusted to the care of their respective parents after they had signed the document of pledge. Moreover, the officials also provide cash assistance to the returnees.
Up to 8th January 2024, a total of 96 persons have already entered the legal fold. Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein said that those who have entered returned to legal fold and their parents need to tell the people who are close to them about this welcoming situation and organize them again.
