The 2023 Myanmar Academy Award Ceremony will be held at the Myanmar International Convention Centre-1 (MICC-1) on 3rd February in Nay Pyi Taw .
Multiple tasks have cooperated to ensure the ceremony’s success, with the state sponsoring the required gold statues and brooches to be presented to Academy Award-winning artistes.
To decide the award recipients, 35 films underwent screening in the 1st stage, followed by 12 films in the 2nd stage on 3rd January, made assessment by the Myanmar Motion Pictures Organization (MMPO) judges.
