Myanmar students from No. 1 BEHS (Dagon) won the second prize at the SEAMEO Singapore Student Challenge (SSSC-2023) held in Singapore and arrived back in Yangon on 8 June.
The SEAMEO Singapore Student Challenge (SSSC-2023) is organized by the Ministry of Education of Singapore collaborating with the Science Centre Singapore and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Secretariat (SEAMEO Secretariat).
Students from 10 ASEAN countries participated in the competition.
The outstanding students who won the second prize at the competition are Maung Shin Thant Kyaw, Maung Phyo Zarni Aung, Maung Bone Myat Zaw, Ma May Than Zin Htet and Ma Eain Thu Thu Khin, and supervisor Daw Aye Mya Thida.
Myanmar students from No. 1 BEHS (Dagon) were welcomed by the officials of school, the parents and concerned officials at the Yangon International Airport.
In SEAMEO-Singapore Students Challenge (SSSC) 2023 which was held from 4th to 8th July in Singapore, Indonesia won 1st Prize, Myanmar won 2nd Prize and Philippines won 3rd Prize respectively.
