Myanmar women’s national U-19 team left for Indonesia to compete at the 2023 AFF U-19 Women’s Championship tournament hosted by Indonesia on 3 July.
The Myanmar women’s national U-19 team consists of 22 players and 10 managers/ coaches left for Indonesia together the players.
The Myanmar U-19 women’s team consists of 28 players on the short. The 2023 AFF U-19 Women’s Championship will be held in Palembang of Indonesia from 5 to 17 July. The Myanmar women’s national U-19 team is seeded in Group C with Thailand and the Philippines. The team will compete with the Philippines on 8 July at 7 pm of Myanmar Standard Time, and with Thailand on 10 July at 7 pm of MST.
U Tin Myint Aung will take responsibility as a manager, Mr. Tetsuro Yuki as a technical advisor, Daw Thet Thet Win as head coach, Daw San San Maw as an assistant coach, U Sein Aye as a goalie coach and U Tun Zaw as a fitness coach.
The tournament is divided into three groups and a total of four teams — the three first-placed teams from each group and the best second-placed team — will participate in the semi-finals.
The semi-finals will be held on 13 July, and final match on 15 July.
