Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, accompanied by wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla and officials, paid respects to Bhamo Sayadaw and Nagahnakaung Sayadaw, and asked after their health this morning.
The Senior General and party paid respects to Chairman of State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee Principal of Bhamo Monastery, Mandalay, Sayadaw Agga Maha Pandita Agga Maha Gandavacaka Pandita Abhidhaja Maha Rattha Guru Abhidhaja Maha Rattha Guru Abhidhaja Agga Maha Saddhammajotika Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa, who was receiving medical treatment at the General Hospital in Mandalay this morning.
Then, the Senior General asked after his health. He asked the medical superintendent and officials about the treatment and meal services for the Sayadaw, and looked into the requirements.
Moreover, the Senior General and wife accompanied by officials, inspected the provision of healthcare services to Presiding Nayaka Sayadaw of Nagarhnakaung Monastery in Tachilek in Shan State (East) State Ovadacariya Abhidhaja Maha Ratha Guru Abhidhaja Agga Maha Saddhama Jotika Agga Maha Pandita Dr Bhaddanta Dhamma Siri this morning.
First, the Senior General and wife and party paid obeisance to the Sayadaw and inspected the provision of healthcare services to the Sayadaw. Responsible officials reported to the Senior General on the health conditions of the Sayadaw.
After hearing the reports, the Senior General gave instructions on closely monitoring the health conditions of the Sayadaw constantly, attending to the needs and measures to be taken for strengthening of the immune system of the Sayadaw, personal hygiene and other needs.
