Assorted arms and ammunitions were seized at the compound of highway bus terminal in Hpa-an, Kayin State on 12 March.
According to the information, the security forces conducted investigations at the highway bus terminal and seized them on a vehicle at about 4.30 pm on 12 March.
One China-made small gun, one M-22, three AK-47, two M-16, two M-16 A-1, one AR-15, four Ekol Uzi, one Sigsauer pistol, one Colt pistol, one Tafical Pro-2, one AK-SA 1911, one Glock pistol, 5,000 5.56 rounds, 500 rounds of AK-47, 130 9 mm blind bullets, 90 7.62 rounds, 600 .380 rounds, 400 9mm bullets, three China-made grenades, ten 40 mm bombs, two baukwine small guns, six 5.56 plastic magazines, 17 5.56 iron long magazines, four 5.56 iron short magazines, six AK-47 magazines, one scope(one feet), one scope (six foot), one scope(eight foot) and four Ekol long magazine were seized.
Thus, the security forces conducted under the necessary security procedures for seized arms and ammunitions and carried out investigations to arrest those who carry the arms and ammunitions.
