Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, accompanied by senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, inspected medical services provided to people, government employees, Tatmadaw personnel and families who were injured during the recent earthquake at the injury and osteology ward of the Defence Services Hospital in Nay Pyi Taw this morning.



The Senior General extended sympathy to people, government employees, Tatmadaw personnel and family members hit by the earthquake one by one and asked about their recovery warmly before providing cash assistance.
Then, the Senior General gave instructions on taking care of patients and food and accommodation for them, administrative affairs and others to the director of the Directorate of Medical Services and other officers.
The Nay Pyi Taw Defence Services Hospital has provided medical services to about 600 patients including people, government employees, Tatmadaw personnel and family members injured by the earthquake and conducted emergency surgery operations on 30 patients. Currently, the hospital is providing healthcare services to 42 people, government employees, Tatmadaw personnel and family members.
