ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ Nikkei Asia သတင်းဌာနက နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၉ ရက်က ရေးသားခဲ့တဲ့ အယ်ဒီတာ့ အာဘော်မှာ NUG ဟာ SAC အစိုးရနဲ့ မျက်နှာချက်းဆိုင် တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးဖို့ ပြင်ဆင်နေတယ်လို့ NUG နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဒေါ်ဇင်မာအောင်က ပြောခဲ့တယ်လို့ ဖော်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။
Nikkei Asia သတင်းဌာနက ရေးသားခဲ့တဲ့ “Myanmar’s Shadow Government says ‘military is ready to collapse’ ” အယ်ဒီတာ့အာဘော်မှာ ဒေါ်ဇင်မာအောင်က သူမတို့ စင်ပြိုင်အစိုးရ(NUG) ဟာ တပ်မတော်အစိုးရနဲ့ မျက်နှာချင်းဆိုင်တွေ့ဖို့ဆွေးနွေးနေတယ်ဆိုတာကို “Zin Mar Aung said her parallel government is preparing for face-to-face dialogue with the military regime and is close to completing its vision for the future of the country and how it would function as a federal state ” လို့ Nikkei Asia က ဖော်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒါ့အပြင် တပ်မတော်အစိုးရ(SAC)နဲ့ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးဖို့ အခြေခံအချက်တွေ ပေးပို့ထားပေမဲ့ လက်ရှိကတော့ ဆွေးနွေးဖို့ အချိန်အခါမသင့်သေးကြောင်းကိုလည်း”We have already sent our ground rules for dialogue to the junta. But it is not yet a conducive environment for dialogue,” she said. “In order to make this happen, we have preconditions, such as the junta following the five-point consensus.”လို့ ဒေါ်ဇင်မာအောင်ပြောတာကို Nikkei Asia က ဖော်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။
