According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Myanmar Consul-General U Pyae Phyo Wai attended the XI International Forum of Technological Development “Technoprom-2024”, held from 27 to 29 August in Novosibirsk, the Russian Federation.
On 27 August, the Myanmar Consul-General attended a meeting with international delegations hosted by Novosibirsk Oblast Governor Mr. Andrey Travnikov Alexandrovich. Representatives from various companies, diplomats, international delegates, and officials from the Novosibirsk regional government attended the event.
The Myanmar Consul-General also attended a plenary forum session on 28 August, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister H.E.Mr.Dmitry Nikolaevich Chernyshenko. His agenda also included participating in a panel discussion on “The Potential for International Cooperation with ASEAN Countries.” As part of the forum’s agenda,
the Myanmar Consul-General visited Academpark and the Novosibirsk Metal Cutting Factory on 29 August.
